Was Nancy the joker or just a fossil fuel on Meet The Press?
Pelosi’s response to Brokaw’s statement: … if we work our way off carbon-based fuels,
in the meantime, this is not going to happen overnight.”
PELOSI: No, it isn’t, but you could - You can have a transition with natural gas. That
is
cheap, abundant and clean compared to fossil fuels.
PELOSI: I’m — I’m investing in something I believe in. I believe in natural gas as a
clean, cheap alternative to fossil fuels.
PELOSI: Well, that’s not — that is the marketplace. The fact is, the supply of natural
gas is so big, and you do need a transition if you’re going to go from fossil fuels, as
you say, you can’t do it overnight, but you must transition.
These investments in wind, in solar and biofuels and focus on natural gas, these are
the real alternatives.
Pelosi is one of the people responsible for setting our energy policy. In the House of
Representatives, she blocked exploration and development of natural gas resources
as well as other fossil fuels and thereby raised the price of gasoline at the pump and
energy costs across the board.
Brokaw: “Sounds like we’re going to have offshore drilling.”
PELOSI: No, no, no.

Dim Dems No Energy Policy
No Drilling In Alaska
No New Oil refineries
No New Nuclear Plants
Yes Nancy, natural gas is a colorless, odorless fossil fuel that is prized for its cleanliness
and its many uses - including energy. It is produced in much the same way as
oil – by drilling for it – and is often produced in conjunction with oil. Nancy Pelosi’s
ignorance of natural gas, how it is
obtained, Where it comes from, what exactly it is, has cost every American money,
and impaired our economy, and endangered our national security.
Contrast Nancy’s statements to those of Sarah Palin:
Palin said that in a McCain-Palin administration
1. “We’re going to lay more pipelines
2. Build more nuclear plants,
3. Create jobs with clean coal
4. move forward on solar, wind, geothermal, and other alternative sources.
5. We need American energy resources, brought to you by American ingenuity, and
produced by American workers.
NoticeSarah mentioned No No’s just straight forward solutions to existing problems.
Palin fought to bring about the largest private-sector infrastructure project in North
American history.
Dim Dems say again and again, that drilling will not solve all of America’s energy problems.
But the fact that drilling won’t solve every problem is no excuse to do nothing at all.
Yes and the Dim Dems no, no, no policy was exactly that, nothing at all and what created
America’s energy crisis today.
