Don’t Start The Revolution Without Me

Jesse “the body” Ventura former Govenor of Minnesota, WWF wrestler and commentator,
has a new book out. In his book Ventura suggests that he should be viewed as a
possible presidential candidate. Ventura speculates on how his presidential bid would unfold.
Ventura writes
a series of fictional newspaper articles describing an insurgent 2008 campaign,
with environmental activist Robert Kennedy Jr. as his running mate. Jesse
kicks off his candidacy at a Wrestlemania event whose run takes a macabre turn in the end when
he is shot by a Cuban exile upset over his opposition to the U.S. economic boycott against Cuba.

Ventura also recounts a meeting with Cuban dictator Fidel Castro, with whom he spent time
during a trade mission and found to be engaging and perceptive. Jesse on Kennedy’s assassination
say’s that the Cuban leader denied involvement but also believed Oswald did not act alone.

Jesse discusses at length
the assassination of President Kennedy. He has scorned the idea that
Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone, and claims that during a trip to Dallas as governor a police
officer warned him not to talk too much about “things that certain people don’t want brought
to light.”

Ventura also writes that “somebody in the government” sent people to infiltrate a government course
he taught at Harvard University in 2004, on a day he discussed Kennedy’s assassination.
Jesse also recalls several encounters he had with CIA agents while governor and said that his wife
found an electronic listening device at their private home during his term.

Jesse wrties “I think that bin Laden and Al Qaeda were responsible for September 11th,”. “But
I also think it wasn’t without some knowledge from our side.”
He is also a harsh critic of the U.S. invasion of Iraq.
Ventura says his doubts “have grown steadily” about the backstory to the Sept. 11 terror attacks.
He voiced some of them on Hannity and Colmes last night April 8, 2008, I watched to see what
he had to say. I checked their web
site later but found no references to what he had to say. Hmmm…media blackout?
He voiced some of the same concerns there that he mentioned on April 2nd, 2008,
on the Alex Jones radio show. He said that he felt that many unanswered questions remain,
such as how World Trade Center Building 7, which was not struck by a plane, could have collapsed
on the afternoon of 9/11 in a manner which resembled a perfectly executed controlled demolition.
Remember Jesse was a navy seal trained in underwater demolition.

Jesse also made the observation that “Two planes struck two buildings . . . but how is it that a
third building fell 5 hours later? How could this building just implode into its own footprint 5 hours
later - that’s my first question - the 9/11 Commission didn’t even devote one page to that in their
big volume of investigation . . . In my opinion, there is no doubt that that building was brought
down with demolition.”

Jesse was also bewildered how the Twin Towers appeared pulverized and wondered how they
could drop at virtually free-fall speed, when no other massive steel-framed buildings had ever
collapsed in this manner due to fire before.
Here he asks the question: “How could those buildings
fall at the speed of gravity - if you put a stopwatch on them, both of those World Trade Center
buildings were on the ground in ten seconds - how can that be? … [Also] jet fuel is four-fifths
kerosene, which is not a hot-burning fuel: and they want us to believe that it melted these
steel-structured girders and caused these buildings to pancake-collapse to the ground?!
I was on the site within two weeks after it happened, and I saw none of these ‘pancakes’.
Wouldn’t they all be piled up in a huge mass on the ground? And yet everything was
blown into dust! When you look at it from that aspect, none of it makes any
sense, if you apply common sense to it …”

Their message
* Do you want real change in America? Change for the better?

* Are you concerned about privacy invasions, giant databases, and our civil liberties turning into door mats?

* Are you becoming afraid of the Republicans intertwining church and state?

* Are you disappointed with the Democrats “oh so close, but no cigar” repeat performances?

* Do more social programs, increased spending, and increased deficits make you feel disenfranchised?

* What happened to Bin Laden?
