RIKD -is an acronym for Ric IYou Ki Do. A martial art emphasizing power in striking through the use of speed, strength, technique, and timing. My Main web site found at rikd.net functions now mostly
as a splash page for articles found here. Joombla is a great
content management portal and I use it today mainly for
that purpose.
The strikes that I have placed in my videos are unique in the way that they are performed but are all founded on techniques that have existed for thousands of years. I may have modified some of them for my own use but the elements of the whole are not unique. I know that the paths of some of the arts are more or less set in stone and I wish you well on your way.
